Photograph a wine list, get one bottle and a sentence you can say out loud.
My scans are missing after reinstalling. Balances are tied to an identifier held in your device's keychain, which usually survives reinstalling. If it does not, write to us with your purchase receipt and we will restore them.
I bought scans and nothing arrived. Open the app and pull down on the camera screen — it checks with the store on every scan and repairs itself. If they still do not appear after a minute, write to us with the receipt.
A shelf photograph would not read. Shelf reading is harder than a printed list: labels are curved, angled, and often further away. Get closer, so one section of shelf fills the frame with the labels facing you. Printed wine lists are far more reliable.
It named a wine that was not on the list. That should not happen and we want to know. Send the photograph if you still have it, and what it recommended.
Can I get a refund? Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Planning a dinner is free. "Plan a dinner" needs no photograph and costs no scans — useful before you go out, or when a list will not read.
